SCG Decor's Siam Sanitary Ware and AXENT Form Joint Venture to Bring Smart toilet Manufacturing to Thailand

Bangkok, August 3 2026 — Siam Sanitary Ware Company Limited (“SSW”), a subsidiary of SCG Decor Public Company Limited (“SCGD”), and AXENT Switzerland AG (“AXENT”), part of the AXENT Group, today announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement to establish Siam AXENT Smart Technology Co., Ltd., a new company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand in which SSW holds 51% and AXENT 49%.

The joint venture builds upon more than 25 years of business partnership between SSW and Axent combining SSW's manufacturing excellence, skilled workforce and deep market presence with AXENT's internationally recognized smart sanitary technology, design and quality standards. Siam AXENT Smart Technology , will assemble and progressively manufacture smart toilets and advanced tankless toilets in Thailand, serving the growing demand for intelligent bathroom solutions in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

The agreement was signed on July 21, 2026 by Mr. Thanongchai Aswinchaichote, Managing Director of SSW, and Mr. Frank Li, Chairman of AXENT Group, in the presence of senior executives of both companies.
